After receiving NOC, customer deposits ₹2,500 into the account of Sky Cell's legal advisor.
Sky Cell sends Agreement Letter to customer. Customer deposits remaining ₹17,000 after receiving the agreement.

Legal advisor prepares Court Agreement from nearest court. Customer receives copy and can use remaining ₹36 lakh.

The land survey is conducted exclusively through online satellite by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Delhi. As per DoT rules since 2020, no physical survey or land visit is conducted for tower installation approvals.
The Court Agreement is valid for 20 years. If you wish to keep the tower on your land after 20 years, you will need to renew the agreement. As per DoT rules, the tower rent increases by 5% every year.
Yes, you can remove the tower before 20 years by providing one month's written notice to Sky Cell Company. However, you will need to refund the advance amount of ₹40 lakh to the company.
All mobile tower installation companies in India receive approval from the Bharat Door Sanchar Ministry. However, the authority to conduct online satellite surveys is exclusively given to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) to ensure standardization and regulatory compliance.
After the Court Agreement is prepared and signed, one copy is given to you and another is submitted to your bank. This allows you to access the remaining ₹36 lakh of the advance payment. The tower installation is then considered complete and operational.
